【新媒体运营】

工作职责：

1. 负责艺术中心新媒体平台的运营和维护，包括选题的策划、撰写、编辑等媒体推广和媒体营销工作。

2. 分析自媒体平台后台的数据并参与制定新媒体传播计划。

3. 根据艺术中心展览项目，短期课程，艺术商店等艺术项目内容能够独立策划线上推广活动。

4. 对外媒体联络和维护。

5. 协助完成艺术活动和展览项目的具体执行。

任职要求：

1. 热爱当代艺术，熟悉各种社交媒体圈。

2. 对于艺术机构的艺术教育和艺术商店项目有基本了解。

3. 本科学历以上，艺术、传媒、广告类等相关专业。

4. 有独立运营新媒体账号经验者优先。

5. 英语口语流利，良好的中英文写作能力。

工作职责：

1. 根据艺术中心的艺术项目，负责制定年度和季度线下市场推广计划，打造品牌大事件。

2. 独立完成线下市场活动策划，并统筹艺术活动项目的宣传资料、物料和人员调配等。

3. 负责短期课程和艺术商店产品的线下咨询和销售工作。

4. 对艺术中心所有艺术项目进行资料探索和整理，撰写相关市场推广项目介绍。

5. 整合内外资源，开拓项目合作渠道和目标客户群体。

6. 负责管理pc电脑终端的财务和库房系统。

7. 协助完成艺术活动和展览项目的具体执行。

任职要求：

1. 热爱当代艺术，对于艺术机构的艺术教育和艺术商店项目有基本了解。

2. 本科学历以上，市场管理类等相关专业。

3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识、信息收集和分析能力。

4. 拥有一年以上市场推广工作经验优先。

5. 英语口语流利，良好的中英文写作能力。

【SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST】

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the new media platform of the Art Centre, including topic selection, writing, editing, and other online media promotion work.

2. Analyze the data from the media platform and responsible for the online marketing promotion plans and strategies.

3. Independently make the online promotion events according to the programmes of art center, such as exhibition programmes, short courses and art store.

4. Maintain the relationship with other online media promotion platforms.

5. Assist to complete all the programmes in the Centre.

Requirements:

1. Love contemporary art and familiar with different social medias.

2. Have a basic understanding of art education and art store programmes in art institutions.

3. Bachelor degree or above, major in art, media, advertising, etc.

4. Independently operating social media experiences is preferred.

5. Fluent oral English, good writing skills in both Chinese and English.

【MARKETING SPECIALIST】

Responsibilities:

1. According to the art programmes of the Art Centre, be responsible for making annual and quarterly offline marketing plans, as well as making brand events.

2. Independently complete offline marketing events, coordinate with other departments and get all the publicity materials ready.

3. Responsible for offline consultation and sales of short courses and art store products.

4. Exploring and sorting out materials for all art programmes in the Art Centre, and writing related marketing programmes’ introduction.

5. Integrate internal and external resources, develop programmes’ cooperation channels and target customer groups.

6. Charge in managing the art store’s storage and financial system of the pc computer.

7. Assist to complete all the programmes in the Centre.

Requirements:

1. Love contemporary art and have a basic understanding of art education and art store programmes in art institutions.

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing management and other related majors.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness, information collection and analysis capabilities.

4. More than one year of marketing experience is preferred.

5. Fluent oral English, good writing skills in both Chinese and English.

BACA 艺术中心｜旮旯空间是北京艺术界一位令人充满期待的新成员，坐落于京城二环以里，毗邻雍和宫。作为一个独特地推广国际新锐艺术家的平台，BACA 艺术中心｜旮旯空间是集艺术展览、现场表演和电影放映为一体的实验性场域。与此同时，BACA 艺术中心｜旮旯空间在全英文教学环境下，开设了与艺术设计产业相关适合各年龄段的艺术工作坊和短期课程。

BACA Art Centre | Nook Gallery is a new addition to the Beijing art scene, and is located within the second ring road of Beijing, near Yonghe Temple. The Centre is a unique platform to promote emerging contemporary artists, as well as being an experimental space for exhibition, performance and film. BACA Art Centre | Nook Gallery also holds art workshops and short courses, taught in English by Art and Design professionals and suitable for all ages.
