2016年我从央视广告部调任中国传媒大学广告学院，身份的变化促使我思考一个问题：如何能够在教学的同时读懂一线市场，紧跟行业发展前沿，并将这种与时代共存的意识和来自一线市场的认知带给我的学生们。我所坚持的做法是：始终与一线保持频繁的接触与学习，随时了解当下的广告和营销是以什么样的方式在影响着品牌与销售。2017年新媒体营销新风正盛，我在中传开设了面向全校同学的《新媒体创业与创新》课，邀请多位在一线的行业大咖作为这门网络直播公开课的嘉宾。这门课程不仅受到中传同学们的喜爱，也借助互联网视频，吸引了社会上众多这一领域内的行业从业者。今天，依托于互联网流量及技术的发展而愈发兴盛的“全民数字营销”，已经成为这个行业从业者最为关注的焦点。各行各业的品牌主，无论体量大小，都是数字经济的参与者，都想通过数字营销提高自身的营销效果和效率。整个市场的发展可谓日新月异，信息流广告、电商直播、达人营销、私域运营等颠覆了传统广告业的链路，深刻影响和改变了广告传播的规则、效力及最终的商业价值。面对行业的变化和不确定性，很多广告主做不到空杯心态，不能坚持学习，靠过往的经验做出判断和决策，在市场上受到挫折。作为一名大学教授，我对于这些新知识、新规则，是抱持着十二分的好奇心和求知欲的。而对于那些有营销需求的品牌主、企业家们来说，持续关注市场前沿，通过善用这些新工具，在市场营销的过程中做到事半功倍也成为必须。“如何让投入的每一分钱都有所值”是当下品牌主们的长期课题。这个课题有两个大前提：一、一款产品的成功，或者可以说是其追求的“终极效果”，从来都是整个营销战略的成功，包括产品设计、销售渠道、价格策略、各类型广告营销等在内的多种因素共同影响了结果；二、这种成功需要放在一个足够长的时间维度上去看，某一次或某一时段广告营销的成功只能看作是阶段性的胜利。树立可被市场信任的品牌形象，同时借助广告的曝光来保持与消费者的长期沟通，才能让一款产品、一个品牌真正的成为战略性的赢家。所以，身处数字营销时代的每个人都要做好打“持久战役”、“整合战役”的心理准备，操之过急、营销心切之下的“跟风营销”，很可能会绕弯路。在整合实操中如有任何短板，都可能会马失前蹄。那么，当企业为自己的品牌和产品制定营销策略，并为之努力练兵的时候，应当从哪里入手呢？我认为，在最初的阶段，我们需要回溯本源，去思考手上的一款产品、一个品牌得以立足市场的底气到底在哪里。比如我们讲产品，就要对自身的产品特点、竞争优势有充分的认知，并懂得如何用产品帮助消费者解决问题；比如我们讲品牌营销，表面上看是为了提升知名度，但最终目标是为了建立品牌的“护城河”。企业有了完备的护城基础设施，才能确保拿下并守住未来的每一城、每一池。麦克卢汉在上个世纪提出的“媒介即信息”，在今天看依然有效。广告是一种与社会沟通的媒介，是产品和品牌与消费者建立连接的桥梁。当广告的形态和传播方式发生翻天覆地的变化，传递给消费者的内容、速度、效果也随之发生巨大的改变。20多年前的广告营销，形态上较为固定，流程上历经前期准备到创意、制作、发布等步骤后，还需要长达几个月甚至是近一年的时间才能得到效果反馈。而现在，广告内容的范围大大拓宽了，产品本身、内容创意、意见领袖等等都可能成为广告。广告的有效性也大大提升，新技术使得广告更加精准，理论上可以做到弹无虚发，传播范围更广，让连通至消费者的桥梁更加四通八达。深度掌握、有效利用数字营销的相关技术，正在成为当下营销人、广告人全面稳定地提升营销效果的重要底牌。现在，我们比过去任何一个时期都更能快速、及时、准确地验证到广告创意的效果：上午确定创意脚本，下午拍剪，晚上投放，实时在系统后台监控投放数据，已成广告人的常态工作流程。从这个意义上说，原先只在理论中存在的“创意、销售以及公关的一体化”，如今已然能够通过技术落实，并实现迅速验证、实时反馈。借助互联网媒体、电商平台以及各种监测工具，广告的发起者很快便能知悉广告的趋势，做出实时的判断，审时度势地调整方向，并根据沉淀的数据为下一次的广告投放积累经验。一条投放者主观上很看好的广告素材，如果在实际投放过程中无数次的被消费者无情“叉掉”，那么基于客观上的数据，它就得被淘汰。相反主观上不被认可的广告素材，如果数据非常理想，就应该被加大投放。通过这样一套流程，形成一种正向循环，再加上恰当的品牌建设，企业就可以走上一条可持续的营销之路。我在几次行业活动中与姝婷（宁阿姨）讨论起关于企业效果营销的话题，向她了解品牌主们目前的诉求和困境。她的一句让我印象尤为深刻：“我坚信广告投放一定是科学，而不是玄学。”在我看来，这是一个非常好的消息——既然是一门“科学”，那么我们就一定可以通过自身的认知与反省，通过持续不断的学习，磨练出可以征战沙场的真本领。在技术提供了诸多便利的当下，广告人可以更好地保持对消费者需求变化的关注、对产业变化的关注，从需求方和供给方的两个角度思考问题。比过去只做某个局部的广告营销，今天的广告人手握更多的资源和平台，可以有更广阔的发挥空间，能够做更多的整合工作。这些都是技术带来的利好，我们应当持积极乐观的态度。而面临愈加激烈的竞争，想要长久地立于不败之地，则需要广告人的热情与初心、终身学习的态度，把自己浸泡于互联网的大课堂中，充实自己、学习有价值的技术技能，培养自己甄别信息、慎思笃行的能力与习惯。效果广告营销就像是数字营销世界中的一门通用语言，如果你不能通过“说话”而只能通过“打手势”和消费者沟通，当然无法将品牌和产品的信息顺利高效地传播出去。所以这门“语音”是值得我们每一个广告人，尤其是以往只熟悉品牌营销、缺少效果营销经验的人们学习的技能——宁阿姨的这本新书，正为你提供了一份关于在数字营销时代中“如何说话”的系统性学习资料，既有理论阐释，也有实践指引。相信它能帮助你在前行的道路上有方向、有工具，有样板。不用担心你的起点在哪里，每一个身处这个快速发展时代的人，都是在行动中摸索，在学习中不断打破思维的边界。重要的是，开始学习，并一往直前。点个在看，下期更精彩?
