开棋牌室需要满足什么条件，要办理哪些手续？

1、 开棋牌室的负责人和投资人不能触犯《娱乐场所管理条件》中列举的违法行为；

2、 设立棋牌室的区域不能在学校、幼儿园、居民楼、图书馆、博物馆、少儿活动场所、美术馆或陵园等场所附近，远离文物保护的区域；

3、 人群密集的区域，例如医院、机关内部、车站、机场等地方不能开棋牌室；

4、 与危险化学品仓库临近的地方或地下室也不能设立棋牌室；

5、 开棋牌室的场所必须要消防设施齐全，要有与经营相关的配套设施；

6、 另外营业场所的面积要在40 平方米以上，若场所内单独设立包房，数量应不少于 5 间；

7、 还要具有相关的管理制度。

想要开棋牌室，那么规模一般不会很大，并且都是个体工商户的性质。

二、 办理流程

1、 申请

首先要准备好相关的申请材料，向当地的工商行政部门提出申请；

2、 受理

递交申请材料后工商部门会进行初审，符合规定才能受理；

3、 审批

接下来进入审批阶段，当审批结束申请人需要缴纳登记费，然后等待领取营业执照。
