1、 确定经营内容

2、 店铺租赁

3、 办理营业执照

去个体工商户办理执照，需要准备的材料有证件照、身份证、房产证明或租赁合同和计划生育证明，并填写好工商登记注册表。这里可以委托代办机构进行注册。

办理完营业执照后去税务局办理国税和地税。

4、 店铺装修

上述流程完成后就可以开始进行店铺装修了，装修风格对经营状况起到了很大的作用。
